Moschino
Founded in 1983 by the late Franco Moschino, Moschino is famous for its "classico con twist" style. (Translation: Classical with a twist.) It's playful, whimsical and often irreverent. In short: fashion with a sense of humor.
Original designs included garments bearing boldly worded statements like the tongue-in-cheek comment "Who's to say what's in good taste?" Through the mutual language invented by Franco Moschino, the brand speaks of peace, ecology and human rights with light thinking and creativity. Rossella Jardini has been Moschino's creative director since 1994. Responsible for the brand's style and image, Jardini gathers the "creative inheritance" directly from Franco Moschino, keeping his stylistic and philosophical imprint.
