This position is responsible for answering customer questions regarding membership, product availability, shipment status and billing questions that are received via telephone, live chat and email. Must be computer and Internet literate and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Draft responses to live chat sessions in a multiple session environment with professional and grammatically correct answers.
• Answer phone calls with positive upbeat manner. Quickly determine the reason for the call and respond within guidelines established by the company.
• Answer all emails using templates provided as well as customizing as appropriate using correct spelling and grammar.
• Make appropriate outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and to maintain customer account information.
• Be able to multi-task within the above functions.

• 2 years experience in a fast paced call center environment.
